need a bit of advice on ryanair
heres the story booked flights to london and can remember getting confirmation email back [i think] but it looks like someone here deleted the email .booking was done because the credit card has being debited .
right so heres the question how can i get my booking number back without having to ring ryanair on their premium rate line [1.75]a minute and you cant get through on any of the other numbers and you cant email them because they will only answer the email address on the confirmation email sent .which has been deleted

It will be the reference number on your credit card

eg. 24/04/08 - RYANAIR INT 0000000X1234X - €0.01

And if you go up to the checkin desk and tell them nicely that you have misplaced the printout they won't mind either. I think there may even be a counter where you can get your booking refernece if you have lost it

They will send you a reminder email about a week before you travel so don't panic just yet.
The reference number will also show up on your credit card statement.
They don't even look at the printout most of the time as they look up your name on their list.

I've noticed that with increasing regularity they will ask for the booking reference. A couple of times now I've just handed over my passport and been told they'll need the reference. I normally have it anyway, but I keep it to hand now when checking in, just in case.

Don't worry OP, you'll get a reminder, as suggested by Moofy, and failing that you can get it from their desk in the airport.

Not really. With the amount of people they move on a daily basis they would be dealing with all sorts of queries unless they had such a premium line to try and perused people like yourself to find out the answer elsewhere.

How is a 0818 30 30 30 a premium rate number? And if your in Dublin, 2497791 answer quicker too.

And again, I've travelled with them from Paris to Shannon/Dublin for the past 10 years now and the two times I didn't have my reference I was told to go to the desk to ask for it. All you have to do is turn up at the airport 20 minutes earlier and get it for free.

again i have to thank the nice people of boards.ie for the advise recived .
sorted the problem by having to ring the priemium line and did,nt need to in the end as they send another email before the travel date

Lol, you didnt read the thread did you?

An 0818 number is an Irish national number it is not a premium number.

Don't rely on that reminder email though as I only seem to get them about half the times that I fly with Ryanair. It's not that they get sent to a spam folder either, they just don't always get sent out.

I had 2 bookings for the one flight(different passenger names) coming to my email address and I only got 1 reminder!

lynchie do you not think that i tried every landline number on the site that had any link to ireland before i had to resort to their premium rate number .you cannot get through on any of them just an engaged tone .

just to clear things up all the numbers on the contact us page on the ryanair site dont seem to work so you are linked to their other numbers and here is the rate for ireland

ring the 01 2497791 as other posters have said. this number does work i called it myself today.
