PS3 and PSU: Ambition of the Illuminus

    Hey, I've never had any problems so far playing PS2 and PS games on my PS3.

    I bought Phantasy Star Universe: Ambition of the Illuminus and it plays fine but won't save. A message comes up saying the save file is damaged.

    I've no problem saving and loading the original PSU so i don't know what the problem is.

    The save file appears on the PS3 menu, so i assume it's a problem with the game, not the console?

    Other than making sure that the PS2 memory card you created is assigned to Slot 1, I can't think of what could be causing that...

    no i checked that and even created a new card just for the game. it says save successful, but the file doesn't appear on screen and then when i try and load it i'm told it's damaged.

    sigh!
