Ok, I will say R.I.P just to get it out of the way. But I don't understand posting something like this....its irrelevant in my opinion, and at most should be kept to the chelsea thread.

    Damn only 58.

I only posted it here because it has a bearing on the match at weekend!

Posted this a while ago in the united -v- chelsea thread as it has relevance there. Dont believe it requires its own thread however.

Very sad news all the same, best wishes Frank.

    Was she 'Arry's sister?

    R.I.P

But as stated, no need for threads like these.

I wonder if this tragic event is likely to keep Frank at Chelsea. The piece mentions how helpful Grant has been to him, and often in these circumstances people see another side of someone they initially had little respect for or desire to work it.

    For faux sake.

It's times like these that I appreciate the WAGs and MADs that are still alive and related to Everton players.

Shine on you crazy diamond Pat.

Yes. Unfortunately my wife's cousin (only 38) passed away last week from breast cancer in the same hospital and her father was in conversation with Harry who was visiting his sister along with Frank, Jamie etc. It just show's that all the money in the world can't save you from cancer.

    .English funerals are ridiculously long.

Stupid and offensive thing to say. And I'm a Liverpool fan.

    Sad news indeed.

    Offensive?

    Offensive?

Wishing that a player is out of a game due to a situation like this is not nice, imo.

    Yes offensive.

Absolutely hate Frank Lampard but that's sad news for him and his family RIP. Pity he won't be playing on Saturday too.

Thread going absolutely nowhere, some people walking the line very close to a banning.
