I'm looking for a song, the type of song that sky sports would play in the build up to a united-liverpool match, showing a montage of previous clips.. real atmospheric, starting slow, building suspense and stuff. Basically music, that at the end of a it a fan/supporter/someone involved would be WELL UP FOR IT! :p :pac: i know two songs that i want, i know how they go, but i cant for the life of me think of the name!! basically a motivational prematch speech through the art of music! :p

Clint Mansell - Requiem for a tower

I think Sky Sports already use that...

How long does it need to be, how long will the clip be? Will the imagery be just as you described? Sport related (or poker:pac:)

O Fortuna was the first one to come into my head too :) Didn't have a clue what Charlton athletic use though. It's good to use in that it's easy with the timing as the low bit lasts for so long and cuts straight into the mad bit for the 1 outer on the river imagery you might be using :D

I always thought the intro the Chicago Bulls used to in the 90's "Sirius by the Alan Parsons Project' was great.

Well if it's not going to be Rick Astley it should be Angel by Massive Attack. I think it was used for the 1998 world cup by one of the channels in a tv advert.

there's a Sigur Ros one RTE used at some stage (for GAA I think).
Though that may have been more a compliation thing of clips than a build-up.

    Quick google:
    Here we are, Hoppípolla:
""Hoppípolla" was used in the trailers for the BBC's natural history series Planet Earth in 2006, as well as the closing credits for the 2006 FA Cup final and ITV's coverage of the 2006 Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race, adverts for the BBC's coverage of England games during the 2006 FIFA World Cup, on television advertisements for RTÉ's Gaelic games coverage in Ireland and on an advert for Oxfam. It was also used on the trailer of the film Children of Men. "
