Transferring contacts from Nokia to Mac

    Can you do this? I went through my phone bill (ouch) recently and could only work out who I'd spent €8 calling one day by dialling the number and hanging up before it connected, then checking my just-called list.

    I use Bluetooth to send photos, but I don't know how to send the contacts list using it. Or do you have to send each of the 300 or so contacts one by one?

    According to Nokia, 6288 isn't compatible with iSync. However, sometimes people find ways around it. Google may be your friend. I know someone had a workaround for the 6300 that wasn't compatible with iSync according to Nokia.

    Novamedia do plugins for isync. I got one for my nokia 6300 and I am able to sync contacts, to do lists and calendars with my mac.

    There are a good few apps out there now that offer plugin options for almost every phone model/make, not free though. If you are not lucky enough to find an iSync plugin just to a google for "mac + sync +phonemodel#" or something like that, Im sure loads of options will come up. I know I have successfully manager to sync a number of models that were listed as not compatible, it can definitely be done if you find the right plugin.

    I've found plenty of fixes like this for various phones which claim not to work with iSync - except for my N73 after a firmware update :mad: . . . flippin' Nokia !!!
