    Hi All
Guy that works with us leaving to move back to Sweden.
We're trying to think of a gift that will remind him of Galway
    €200 budget
Was thinkin of a Connacht jersey but we'd still have a bit left over.
    Any Ideas??

Two hurley sticks and a couple of sliothars - everyone signs the sticks.
He can put them up or play with them.

200 yoyos should get you a Connaught top, a Galway GAA top and a bottle or 4 of Bucky.

I'm with whoever said a claddagh ring, that's a lovely souvenir, if he's the sort of guy to wear a ring, and if he's not he'll probably appriciate a bottle of bucky, who doesn't!

A galway themed tattoo? Get him pissed first, of course, he'll never agree to it sober.

Yup, a claddagh ring and maybe a plaque or something along those lines with the Galway city crest on it. Or how about something related to the 14 tribes of Galway? Galway Hurling shirt and hurley? Pictures of the city? Books on Galway? Arran jumper? Bottle of Galway Hooker beer (or do they still make it?) The swans on the claddagh, pictures of them? Map of Galway city in a frame? Framed poem or blessing as Gaeilge?

I'd be thinking along the lines of something like the above which is unique to Galway.
