Japanese Tattoos

Hi there. About 10 years ago I was silly enough and jumped head first into getting a stupid looking tattoo on my upper arm. Ive since got others that I love but this one just bothers me. After doing plenty of research and looking up ive decided I wanna get a japanese style tattoo(not writing) to cover my old one up. Can anyboby recommend any artists that specialise in this style particularly? Now im not looking for "your mate" or "I know of somebody", I want sombody that has done this type of work on you. Its gotta be full colour too so not just a black and grey specialist. Thanks people, any info would be great. By the way, the old one is is only a couple of inches in diameter.

My sister is an excellent tattoo artist, she has done 3 of my 4 tattoo's..I would not recommend her to you if she was not up to the job just cause she's my sister..

mark in celestial ring in stephen's green definitely. he did all my and my boyfriend's japanese pieces, he even freehanded my ribs.
