I know, that's one of the main reasons I'm going now. I'd been thinking about it before the Alzheimer's thing, but once he mentioned that he had it, I turned to the boyfriend and said "screw Rome, we're going to a convention this year!". Would love to meet some other people going too, though - don't know anyone else! (apart from the boyfriend, that is)
