Where to buy a military symbols stencil?

I'm trying to get my hands on a military symbols stencil on the net. I havent been able to spot any just yet. Has anyone here bought one before that might be able to point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Last thing on the list.. a mills protractor. Can they be downloaded and printed onto acetate?
