Search function - multiple words

    Hi,

Quick question, if I want to search by two or more keywords using the search function how do I search so that I will only have results showing ALL keywords I search for.

Eg. If I want to search for BIG BLUE BUCKET, I will get results with all threads containing any one of these three words. I would want search results which only have all three words.

Most search engines have the option to 'match all keywords' but I can't seem to see it.

I hope that makes sense, if ya know cheers!

i think "big blue bucket" will do it, but big is under the minimum character length for a word in the boards search (has to be >= 4 letters)

I have tried using inverted comas with two or three words (and have tried with more than 3 characters) but it still brings up all threads with either word.

I tried with just "Blue Bucket" for example just a minute ago and it brought up a few other threads ahead of this one which contained one of the words. I also tried changing it to sort by relevancy instead of latest post but it doesn't help.

If I search for Blue and bucket, I only get posts that contain the words "blue" and "bucket". If I search for "Blue bucket" I only get posts where the word blue is followed by a space and then followed by the word bucket.

Are you searching for posts or threads?
