Stopping text alerts?

    Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but it's really pissing me off! Can anyone tell me the number to stop receiving text alerts? I get a stupid question sent to me every day that I don't remember signing up for. It's probably costing me about 2 quid a pop. I know they advertise the number on tv sometimes but I can never seem to catch it.

    If anyone knows it'd be a great help, thanks.
