Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Recently finished House of the Spirits, by Isabel Allende. Excellent book, brilliantly blending the uniquely South American art of magical realism with the harsh reality of South American military dictatorship.

Currently reading John Grisham's The Last Juror for a bit of light entertainment.

Finished The Last Juror. It was mildly entertaining, not his best by any means. It seemed to ramble along a timeline rather than bothering with a plot as such.

Currently reading To Denmark With Love by Judy Falck-Madsen, an American who married a Dane and moved to Denmark. My girlfriend being Danish, it's a useful insight into the national psyche! Big up to tSubh Dearg for lending it to me.
