Lacto Phenol Cotton Blue Visible Light Absorption Range

    Hello all

    I'm wondering if anybody might know where I can find the visible light absorption spectrum for the microbiological stain, lacto-phenol cotton blue?

    Could you just stick it in a spectrophotometer and take readings about 5-10nm apart?

    Not a bad idea, but it would be rather time-consuming - the specs in my place are pretty old so it would have to be done manually. I was hoping that there would be a plot available online somewhere. I've found plots for loads of other stains, but not for LPCB, which is strange considering how common it is. But yeah, I could just generate a plot myself if it comes to it.
