    I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question.

    But as a clueless person on politics, what does the Lisbon Treaty mean for Ireland practically speaking?

    When I say clueless, I mean clueless.

    That thread is no good to me. I'm thinking - 5 bullet points in simple english a 'Lisbon Treaty for Dummies' if you like.
