Is it fine to drink a Yop that's been out of the fridge for a few days? The only reason I ask is because it's bacteria... I'd imagine it wouldn't be particularly harmful but would it be nastier?

It would likely be off as it needs to be kept refrigerated.

It's gone off. It's yoghurt, it needs to be kept in the fridge. It'd taste really gross and sour, and it probably gone lumpy.

I know someone doing a project on this for college. He's doing it with Actimel, etc though. I told him I wouldn't be able to open a yoghurt drink after leaving it for a few weeks (like he did) but he said that it looked perfectly normal. I probably wouldn't chance it though.
