Hi lads

Couple of questions regarding this phone.

I don't want to receive work emails after 6pm or at weekends. Is there a way of stopping this but at 8am i can receive all emails? I've looked into filtering but as far as i can see i wont get these email at all.

If this can't be done, is there a way of getting rid of the email icon (with a bracket beside it saying i have 100 new emails or whatever) i can set up a profile not to notify if an email comes in but if i look down at my phone i see i have emails. I don't want to see if i have any emails in my spare time.

My phone is linked to the domino server(lotus notes) in work.

IT say they can't stop it form there end on Domino server.

Would putting it onto "phone Only" mode be of any use?

You can see emails on screen, but there would not be any audio notification

Figured this out this morning!

Go to Options - Mobile Network - Data Services.

Turn off data services and save.

They your device will only send/receive phone calls and texts, but not emails.
