    Probably setting up to scam you, the winning bidders account has been fairly dormant for the last 6 months. Contact the buyer and see where he is and how he intends to pay. If he says he'll be paying by cheque, bank draft, some dodgy escrow service, etc then report him to eBay. Even if he pays by Paypal, it'll probably be a hijacked account, so I wouldn't accept the payment.

    Ebay have suspended his account now so someone must have broken in. They also refunded my fees.
