Firefox Issue - Having to refresh all the time

    Hi,
    I am having an Issue using Firefox Browser and was wondering if anyone has seen this problem or would know how to get around it. The problem I am having is
    when I am on a betting site say 'paddypower' and I choose what bet I want to put on and put it on. But if I try to put another bet on from the same
    page I just get a blank white page appearing instead of the page with my bets on it. In order to use the same page to place another bet I must refresh (F5) the
    page and then it will work fine. This is only a problem on Firefox and not on IE.

    Any Help or nudge in the right direction will be much appreciated, as its very annoying having to constantly refesh the page time and time again.

    More likely it is a site issue as some sites customise their pages for undocumented IE "features". Check out their compatibility statement on the site in question.

    I'm not having this problem on PP with my firefox...

    I'm running Firefox 2.0.0.14 on Vista

    Hi,
    Cheers for the reply.. I only seem to have this issue on my laptop if I visit the Paddypower site from any other computer and use a FireFox browser I do not have this problem. Its very annoying having to refresh all the time. I am also using Firefox 2.0.014 on Windows Vista Home Premium. Would there be any point in uninstalling the Browser and then reinstalling it or would I be wasting my time doing this.

    It will retain all its settings when you reinstall it by default. Might be worth clearing your cache and cookies and all that. Have you got any extensions installed on the copy of firefox on your laptop that aren't on the other machines?
