    Anyone that couldn't tell that was a complete setup straight off should not be playing poker IMO.

    I dont agree. Your confusing european standard bad acting with American real life reactions. The americans are totally different to europeans when they vocalise imo.
    Take Borat for example. If the unwitting american peoples were in on his levelling then it wouldnt be funny and we would just say "bad acting" by the american props.

    For the undecided the clear giveaway in this clip that it was a stunt was the immediate verbal reaction of the guy who got thrown in the pool.
