eyelash perm in dublin city centre...?

i want to get my eyelashes permed so i can stop curling them every morning but want to choose somewhere decent. can anyone recommend a good, reliable beauty salon in dublin city centre that does this? money isn't really an object as long as i'm not risking my eyesight :) thanks for any info!
