samsung u700 vs samsung u600

hey want to get a phone for my birthday and cant decide which phone to get. just wondering does anyone know what the difference is between the samsung u700 and u600 apart from the look and size... and is the nokia n95 8gb all its cracked up to be and is it really worth e500??? is it better or worse than the iphone??
