Why does Myzone take about 3 times to send a mail?

This seems to be happening to a lot of people. I send an email, the person doesn't get it, I send it again, they still don't and then 3rd time they do. Happening with alot of people.

Only ever had a problem once... Supervisor "sent" me edits for the final draft of my FYP which never showed up, only by pestering him on a Saturday did I find out he had sent it but then he couldn't find the document on his system. Oh well.

What is with Myzone recently! It's messing up so much... first chats don't work. Then loads of spam is suddenly getting through the filter, now this. Thankfully it hasn't happened to me. Emails not getting sent is really bad.
