Ah rite, I went straight the events section, interestingly, it's not posted there.

......sometimes they make it too easy ;)

It's come up in another forum that the TMA guys don't post much so...

A big congrats to members of the SKIF squad who attended this event.
SKIF are team Kata and team Kumite champions 08

I know we took loads of individual titles as well but I don't have the full list so I'll just say well done to all.

A great event and well attended, really enjoyed the day.

Well done - Was this all karate? or just specific styles?

I might consider attending the next event.. :p Cark is a bit far for me, though.

I was all shotokan and open to all associations, they got a big crowd at it.
It was a long day though didn't get out of there till 8

ah. Shotokan only.. Nvm so! :D Wado-Kai here.

Yeah, Comp's normally tend to run rather late.. I hate being around all day doing nothing, only to spar then at like 7:30 - 8:30 after being at the competition for about 9+hrs at that stage.

Well I don't think it was closed to other styles but it was shotokan rules for kata anyway. Shouldn't be any major difference for the kumite though.

Hardly much difference.. Any pics from the day?

Yea unfortunately they aren't great quality and no action shots but I'm waiting for one of the other lads to send some through so hopefully there are better ones.
