ipod infected with a trojan virus

The music has disappeared from my ipod even though when I look at the storage capacity it still shows that the same amount of memory is used...basically my music is in limbo...in an internet cafe today it came up that there was a trojan virus on my ipod but I couldnt fix it there and now when I plug it in the virus warning…
