Can anybody recommend one in Drumcondra/Fairview/Clontarf-ish area? Any further away would be a bit of a pain (am in Drumcondra myself).

Probably too far, but Kish Fish near smithfield is excellent.

afaik the nearest one to you would be in Fairview Strand.
