And I have to mention that my English is not perfect
you could sell drugs or pimp out prostitutes, then YOU would decide when YOU want to be paid!:p
no... all jokes aside, your best chance would probably be to go on a building site or something like that, ie not a big company with a load of strict rules and regulations are already in place. somewhere where you can speak to the boss directly, where he makes the decisions on how much and when someone gets paid...
