Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Slate Vs. Weeds

    Hi All,

I promise I searched [twice] - so apologies if this is asked daily :(

    - Any comments on tidying up our front border which is planted with 20 or so mixed shrubs and accompanied by thistles, grass and general weed-type rubbish [despite taking it to task occasionally]

Laid that anti-weed membrane [correct term?] but the weeds grew around edges etc. and pushed their way through.

New plan is to lay it again with good overlaps and pin down edges carefully and then rake a suitably deep [how deep?] layer of slate chipping over it ???

I just need to know if this is a suitable plan and where to buy the slate

    Any help/advice greatly appreciated.

    Raiser.
