Single Trip Travel Insurance for Teenager

I have a teenager (under 18) going to a camp in Germany for a week in the summer and need to arrange travel insurance. Can anyone recommend a company where I can insure her only, the company I have used before requires adults to be insured! Thanks

Maybe try the usit office in town, or else ask the summer camp whether they know of anyone they can recommend.
