A very good customer has persuaded me to enter into alien territory,
This strange place is known as Kenmare, in the Kingdom of Kerry.
What I need to know is does a relay serve the town?. Location is on the Eastern edge of town on the Kilgarven road. Mulliganish maybe possible but not sure cos of the mountains. Would prefer UHF anyway.
    Any ideas?

I would expect Mullaghanish is your only source, unlikely a transposer outside the area would be available also.
    BTW
Kenmare town centre has a mini-cable system (carrying MMDS service and the 4 analogue terrestrials) - this cable system probably there for scenic reasons - so as reduce the prevalence of TV aerials in such a tourist location!

Mullaghanish radio does serve the area. Mullaghanish TV also gets into parts but there are a few transposer stations in the area; Lomanaugh, Bonane and Dromanassig all serve the region.

Lomanaugh or Bonane are probably the best bet.

There was a problem with TV reception in the area in 2006/2007 when somebody put up a wind farm on the near side of the transposer station. It upset a lot of people when their TV reception was disturbed. I think it's been rectified now.
