    This gig is being done in memory of Stephen Carberry, born on April 27th 1984, and who very sadly passed away on Saturday, December 15th 2007 in waterford, Known to many of his friends as the hippy.. it was only right to call the event after him..

    It was his idea, or plan, to have his next birthday in The Forum, Waterford, so we decided after he died than we were going to follow up on it. The Forum have agreed, and have booked it, so all is going ahead.

    Stephens fav band were proven from Portland, Oregon.. Rory, the other guy involved in the gig runs their street team here in ireland has been on the fone to them for about a year now.. stephen had lenghty conversations with the guys in the band.. rory got on the phone to them.. they agreed to come over and do the gig, but to make it worth thier while, we decided to put on a mini tour, the dates are above on the poster..

    we did a fundraiser in cork and waterford and rasied the flight money to get the band over, now all thats left is for you guys to get off yer holes and make it to the gig.. any money that is left over in the end is going towards stephens parents who have found it a real struggle the last 4 months.. hopefully we get them a little break away or something..

    so if your around thursday night with **** all else to do... drop into the voodoo lounge or any of the other venues its on..
