Just played the course today. Lovely.

The place was virtually deserted during our whole round, 9am to 1pm (4ball).

When it matures it will be a really nice track, when the rough grows and things tighten up, it will prove a real test.

When we were on the 15th, a guy came walking up the fairway behind us, a yank, we got talking to him and it transpires he was the course designer, Ron Kirby. Nice guy.

Would highly recommend playing there, some holes are short but in the bigger picture when matured they will be a different story, maybe irons from the tee etc...

Have been there 2 times this year. It's the best course I played (don't get out much). How much was your green fee? Heard it is coming down to around €50.

Yep, we paid €50. Well worth it.

There was an offer a while back for €40 but i think in ended in March.

The €40 per round offer was until the end of April, then heard it was to rise to €80 to €100 price range. Just last week I heard it was down around €50.

Look's like I could be out there next week then.
