    Hi,

just want to ask something here and probably sounds stupid to all of you, me asking this question once we signed the contract, on the contract it states:

"TOGETHER with a right of way at all times and for all purposes on foot and with or without animals or vehicles to pass over the part of the property described in the said Folio ***** forming the way leading from the public road as is more particularly shown marked in brown and lettered "X Y" on the said copy Land Registry"

I have attached an image, the private lane marked green belongs to the forestry, the extent of our plot is outlined in red and you can see "X Y" marked just off the public road. We originly thought about putting the entrance to our plot right at the top of the private lane, but I think the entrance would have to go where its marked "X Y", is this right?

What would the planners view be on this?

Sorry Camperman but we are not going to discuss any legal document in this forum for obvious reasons.
