Don't know about second-hand, but I have just purchased an 18mm tunnel from from www.euroshooting.eu. It's a perfect replacement for the anschutz original and accepts the usual drop in elements or the screw-in variable size elements from Gehmann, Centra etc.
The model number is 9759 and is made by AHG (I think that Anschutz have discontinued making/branding these). It's about 60 euro plus the postage. Intershoot (www.intershoot.co.uk) also have them - about 53 quid sterling.
