look, there is a lot of logging in and signing up and waiting for somebody to read you application then ponder over the merits of having you admitted to the site with this link ...

... can you just give us the gist of it? The old cut&paste shuffle?

Oh, and before folks click on it. This is a real steel forum link, the airsoft bit is a sub forum in a dark corner.

    Apologies for being abrupt.

I was just browsing the IPSC forums (Practical Shooting) - which has an Airsoft subforum for countries where they have Airsoft variants of the sports.

There is a type of pistol shooting called steel challenge where you have fixed targets and defined courses of fire and it is all about speed.
The "Steel" version obviously uses steel targets.
You can submit your scores to a world body to achieve your world ranking.

However, there is an airsoft variant and this uses reactive targets - a light comes on when you hit it.

This is a link to a Thread where someone has posted a load of videos from an Airsoft Steel challenge shoot in Hong Kong.

Thought you guys may be interested.

    B'Man

Note: Practical Shooting and Steel challenge are two different sports covered by two different bodies - I just found the videos on the IPSC site.
