    Good documentary, I think Queen are great- and its with all due respect that I ask this question; How did people not know he was gay? You only need to hear 3 seconds of his talking to realise this.

    It focussed too much on his homosexuality, not enough music to be honest. He was probably the greatest rock singer there has ever been and there was very little about what drove and inspired him musically, just going on and on that he was gay. I don't think it was a secret during his lifetime, certainly I knew he was gay back in the 80's before I knew what being gay was. I thought everyone knew he was gay back then, at least that's how I recall it. His illness was a surprise, it was only in the last month or two of his life that it really became public knowledge, but his orientation wasn't a surprise at all.
