I have a few t shirts i cant bear to dump but they are far to big for me now. I lost some weight and i look like a clown in them. How do u shrink clothes? And can u shrink clothes if its pre shrunk cotton?

Depends on the colour of the t-shirt or if there's a pattern on them. You could just ruin them.

You could take them in on a sewing machine, it's quite simple with a t-shirt.

If it were me I'd just keep them (like I have been doing) for when I'm pregnant or big again (not positive thinking I know!).

You can sometimes shrink t-shirts by putting them in the tumble dryer on high heat for 10 minutes - without washing them first. The only problem is that they might shrink upwards and not inwards so it'd want to be as a last resort.

A boil wash works well.. I have shrunk a few tops (by accident) by doing this..
