    Hi All,
Does anyone know if its possible to override the engineer code on a HKC home alarm system? I'm trying to add another keypad but don't have the engineer code, the default code seems to have been changed ( as you would expect).

    Thanks in advance,
    Dec

You can factory default the panel provided it is not engineer locked. If it is engineer locked you will need to get your local alarm co. out

The default ENG code is 4567 not 54321!
