No. But the Hamilton ones are 24 hour access, go in through the metal door next to the shop then through the door on the left by the vending machines.

I need to use the ArcGIS program which is only on the East End computers!! Guess I'll be in early on Monday morning so!!

According to this page, ArcGIS is available in all PACRs, so Hamilton and Laser Huts should have it as well.
