Quick question-what airline flies direct from new york to San fran and what airports?

As per the title.

I've been on the various booking engines and keep getting routed through third cities.

United, JetBlue (San Francisco and Oakland), Delta, AA, Virgin America all spring to mind off the top of my head from JFK

I'm sure Continental do direct from Newark too

Virgin america fit the bill because they are the same price to fly into sfo and out of Lax on the one itinery!Plus they fly into jfk which is a perfect connection for the flight home.
Their U.S first class product is very tempting for a 6hr flight

There should be an option on most search engines to select 'direct flights only.'

Don't forget there are three airports in the NYC area, and three in San Francisco area. OAK and SJC are viable options at the destination end with easy public transport (BART and CalTrain) to SF.

Yeah MM,I had ticked direct flights only but it was still routing me through chicago and denver amongst other places.
