Hi, 2 days ago i've installed httpmail, which is a plugin allowing Hotmail Live to work in Mail. The problem is now, Mail keeps freezing, restarting the compute just doesnt make it work. I cant view my inbox or the main window it self. What seems to be the problem? Im a newbie so i wouldnt know what the plist files do.

    Cheers

What version of OSX are you using? Httpmail doesn't work with Leopard and just cripples Mail altogether. Either way it's the problem so uninstall it.

    Try this:

Open your Home Folder. Open Library/Preferences, and then locate the file called com.apple.mail.plist. Right/Control click and select.

This has the effect of resetting your Mail preferences. It might also reset your junk filters, though.

Re previous post, I meant to say Right/Control click and select "Move to Trash"

    It is very early...
