Had a good day today with a 22-1 winner with Gaelic Gift (see horses to follow)

Tommorow, im not betting through the card, just a few here and there.

15:00 Serabad E/W, always seems to run well, 6th at Cheltenham at festival, weaker opposition and a very low weight. Nice price at 25-1

15:40 Three in this national. Old Benny, won at cheltenham in the race that had previously been won by Butlers Cabin and Hot Weld, will handle going and low weight due to Halcon. Ossmoses is my 2nd pick, was layed out for Grand national but didnt make it in, loves heavy going and i would expect a big run. 3rd pick is a bit of a gamble, In the Loop could be a real serious contender if he runs up to his last performance when beating Dun Doire and Point Barrow.

    Old Benny 11/2 Win
    Ossmoses 12-1 E/W
    In the Loop 33-1 E/W

17:20 Merigo is my pick for this race, ran a nice race to finish 2nd behind Star Player last time out (who is also in this race), Merigo this time is getting a big weight pull, i think Merigo can reverse the placings, its just whether they can beat the rest.

    Merigo 12-1 E/W

Newbury 14:50 Zaahid this horse was 4th to Dont Panic, a long way behind but a good run on the re-appearance, will improve for the run.

    Zaahid 8-1 E/W

Im not a big gambler and normally put on £2 win or £1 E/W. So you'll know what ive won or lost on tommorows bets.

Re Scottish national - Miko De Beauchene for me I think. Strong finisher which after 3 miles over jumps may well be the difference if he is near the buisness end entering the last furlong.

Confront looks a good bet at Newbury.

just the one winner for me today, with Merigo, took 12-1 so was really pleased when went off at 13/2 after all the non runners. Made up for no other winners or places.

I thought I was going to have bit of mare but two quite big bets came in plus a footie treble (Arsenal win shocker) so happy enough.
