    Currently, it's very difficult to provide for it, and somewhat of a grey area in any case methinks, but sooner or later it's likely that it will be introduced, and in any case, literature on reloading is perfectly free to distribute.

    books and full kits to look at and buy for the budding reloader;)
    it is ok to buy for learning and understanding that is what it is all about
    Kareir :) i.e. free movement of goods with in the EEC.

    If your looking for books I have found these great to deal with, faster delivery times then amazon, and no delivery fee. Good prices too http://www.bookdepository.co.uk

    I got some clay books off them a few weeks back.
