Hi, taking a quote from an annual report. how do i reference after the quote and in the bibliography? Thank you! Stressed!

for a report after the piece you have quoted in the text write name of report and publish year.

In the bibliography the name and full date.

But check with someone else that its right im just looking at a leaflet from college and thats what it says for reports and annual reports.
