Google notifier crashing on start-up

    Google notifier crashed this morning when I started up my mac and is still crashing anytime I try to open it. Is anyone else having this problem? Is this something on my end or something google is doing?

    Anyone? I booted for a bootable back-up that a couple of days old and its having the same problem.

    no problems here at all......

    have you tried removing it and reinstalling it?

    Actually it wasn't just Google Notifier both Mail and my ipod touch were unable to retrieve mail from gmail all morning. Then about an hour ago everything went back to normal. Very odd.
