While im onto you, has anyone gone through the HALT principle with you? Basically the idea is that, in early recovery at least, never let yourself get too Hungary, Angry, Lonely or Tired. As these are times that you can be in danger of relapsing.

I found it very helpful.

You're over the hardest part. You feel happy and proud today and rightly so. Use that as a motivation to stay sober and to keep feeling what you feel now. I'm sure it's a nicer feeling than can be ever be got from a bottle. Good luck.
