Ferguson FTA Box Frequency settings

    I was doing a search for new channels the other day and inadvertently changed the Low and High frequency settings under configuration on the ferguson box. Now when I search it seems to ONLY locate about 70/80 channels and this doesnt include the BBC or ITV channels etc. Does anyone know what I should have the Low and High frequency set to?
