Name Change

6th

So are there any posters on Boards whos name you'd like to change? Some you dont think are fitting? Some that you just dont know how to pronounce?

I'd change rb_ie to simple rb as thats how I say it in my head.

I'd change Thaedydal to Thaed coz thats seems to be what she gets called most (well the most common name that isn't abusive ).

So, who would you change and what would you change it to?

The change from 6thsense(iirc) to 6th was a good one, as its definitely what you've always been known as.

I've considered changing it to Rb alright, it's definitely what people know me as/call me.

Other changes:

Always think of Karl Hungus as KH so would probably change that.
Oresetes to Oreo for obvious reasons

Whatever about changing handles, there should be some sort of rule saying that you need to keep a "formerly known as X" in your sig for a few weeks afterwards...trying to keep up with who's who on these forums is a pain when someone subs, changes sig/av and inserts a user title...all that remains is a postcount and join date which is impossible to ID someone by...

I would change Pighead's name to Fanny.

You can only go back 500 posts.
You've obviously changed handles at some stage, I probably recall your old handle...but I don't know what it was. It doesn't really matter, but I like to know who I'm posting at...
With any active user, the 500 post limit is only going to take you back a couple of months (mine for instance takes me back as far as 18th Feb)...

I've changed a few times, it's not that big a deal imo. Usually previous nicks are shown in the profile for a while anyway.
