PostgreSQL - Vista - "side by side"

    I hope this is in the right area. Can anyone help me with an issue i have loading PostgreSQL. I'm afraid I'm pretty clueless. Heres the event log....

    It can't find the dll that has the "Microsoft.VC80.CRT" namespace (msvcr80.dll)....it is probably not installed correctly.

    There's a similar problem and diagnosis here...
