Mouse overs

I am unable to clear the blue lines in the attached pictures for a mouse over. I have made the border "0" but this does not change it. Any suggestions would be appreciated, elgan

No need for a double post. Try to be a bit more clear. Can you clarify what you mean by "attached pictures for a mouse over". What exactly are you trying to do?
