Play.com Non delivery

    Has anyone had a shipment from Play not delivered and if so how did they deal with it.

    I bought several HD-DVD's between the 15th and 25th March. In total I've only received half of the dvd's and they were the ones that were ordered on the 25th. All of these have been despatched, usually the next day after ordering and my credit card has been charged. Should I wait longer to see if they arrive or do I contact them now? Can they take a month to deliver something?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    They're very good at sending replacements too. 21 days from dispatch is the wait time, after that there should be a link on your order history to report it missing.

    Only had to do this once thankfully, but they couldn't have been more helpful.

    Go to your order history, click the order page and report a missing item. They will ship you another free of charge.

    I had similar problem with them last October when I rec'd 2 games that I had ordered for Christmas '06!! How this happened I have no idea but wrote to them etc and they refunded me immediately & cost of p&p without quibble.
